PU-ERH

This tea has a high tannin content, which facilitates digestion and normalizes metabolism. As a rule, after eating fatty foods, every Chinese drink several cups of Pu-erh. Place approximately 1 teaspoon of Pu-erh tea for 236 ml of water into the tea pot. Pour the heated water over the tea leaves and place the lid on the tea pot. Steep tea between 2 to 3 minutes or until desired strength. Pour tea into teacups and enjoy.
